Argentina’s Independence Day Asado (BBQ)

Summer is here and the Argentina-Chicago Foundation invites you to celebrate Argentina’s independence day with our annual “asado” (BBQ). Every year, friends and families join for a spectacular day at the park in support of our cause. Capacity is limited so hurry up and buy your tickets today.

Appetizer: Choripán (Chorizo Sandwich w/chimichurri sauce)
Main Course: Entraña con ensalada mixta (Skirt Steak w/mixed greens salad)
Dessert: Flan con dulce de leche (Flan w/Caramel Sauce)

Need to Know

• Tickets are sold exclusively online until July 5th. Food is calculated based on ticket sales
• We are happy to accommodate any special food requests. Please let us know at [email protected]
• The grill will be switched-off at 2PM
• Picnic Style, bring your own table and chairs. The location has some tables available and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis
• Alcoholic beverages are not allowed by the park administration
• In case of bad weather the event will be postponed to July 15th on a new location to be informed
